Start your journey on the stairway to beer heaven as American hops boost the flavor in this anything-but-traditional American Red Ale. Coupled with a solid malt profile, the balance between hop bitterness and malt sweetness will have you bursting with a whole lotta Red Zeppelin love.
UPDATED: JUN 22, 2021 Pint at the brewery. This is deep red, clear body. Heavy caramel malt is immediate in the nose with a medium hoppiness. It's chewy, biscuity, and on the sweeter end of the style. Sticky, syrupy, some hints at berries and a decent bitterness.
UPDATED: NOV 11, 2020 Clear auburn pour with a creamy one finger white head. Aroma is toast, toffee, buttered toast, husky grain and woody and lightly fruity hops. Flavor is woody, toffee, bread and butter. Light body, slightly syrupy, dry feel, light to medium carbonation. Not bad, but a little too buttery and the flavor could be bit more complex.
