COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
When we started connecting on our first anniversary beer, we simply asked ourselves "What would we want to drink?" It needed to be big, yet smooth. Go heavy on the hops. Throw in some funk and barrel age that bad boy. Thus, we give you Lion’s Share I. Angels get their share, and the devil gets his cut. Our Lion’s Share is for each and every one of you who have supported us along the way.

Tap at the BTBF. The look is orange in color, white head. The smell is nice, fruit, herbs, and wood. Tart, pickles, herbs, and Brett. Nice.

Fratto (2845) - Arlington, Texas, USA - APR 30, 2014
On tap at Big Texas Beer Fest. Light orange pour with a small head. Aroma is big fruit, sour funk, weird hops, and lots of bread. Taste is funky, kinda bitter, and what I can only describe as sourdough from Jack in the Box.

Sampled at GABF. Pours an orange with some frothy, white head. Nose of malt and orange and brown sugar, a little wood, bread, a little red grape. Flavor is sweet, malty, brown sugar, caramel, booze, cane sugar. Hardly any brett. Boozy finish.

Red orange pour with a thin off white head. Aroma has a lot of grapefruit, oak, vanilla, and caramel. Taste is the same with some added pine and spiciness. Medium body. Really nice beer. Smells amazing and tastes great.

On tap at Strangeways Dallas. Pours a dark orange/copper hue with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, oak, vanilla, caramel malt. Taste of toffee, caramel, vanilla, oak, subtle hops, cloves? Finish is a little spicy from the hops. Good BIIPA! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dixonian (1562) - Plano, Texas, USA - AUG 19, 2013
On tap @ Whole Foods Plano. Deep orange brew with some white head. Aromas of citrus, oak, vanilla, caramel malt. Quite a lot of Brett coming through on the flavor, hops have faded. Heck of a 1 yr anniversary brew!

Tap at the brewery. Pours a murky reddish maroon color with a huge foamy beige head. Aroma is very woody, oak and dry notes. Certainly wild yeast smelling. Flavor is dry, woody, oak. The Brett is super apparent through the dryness and wild touches. Finishes dry and is quite good. Glad to have tried this. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
