Fin (15185) - Attenkirchen, Bavaria, GERMANY - MAR 1, 2021UPDATED: MAR 1, 2021 Bottle picked up from the Beyond Beer Webshop Hamburg consumed at home Saturday 27th February 2021 after a day spent gardening, listening to Hamish Hawk - From Zero to One. Pours dark chestnut in colour with an off white head. Another very good Doppelbock from this six pack, hoppiness more prevalent than in the previous bottle, however maltiness and strength are never far from the fore. Piney and resinous in terms of the hoppy influence, nice bitterness for a Doppelbock, but caramel and molasses also play their part, really nice beer.
