jjsint (6133) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JUL 15, 2019UPDATED: DEC 14, 2019 Keg at BrewDog Leicester. Reddish drown, hazy with oy a spectre of white head. Malty and fruity aroma with resin, strawberry, bubblegum, spruce. It tastes more bitter than I wpuld have thought. The initial taste is sweet but it finishes with a chalky back-of-the-tongue bitterness with some sourness on the finish as well. Hard to taste a lot beyond that. Medium body, heavily carbonated. Very nice despite quite a few flaws.

balloonbuffoon (1125) - - JAN 30, 201816floz can, No date (or the off center code stamp has rubbed off too much), 7% ABV, $1.75 unit cost, imperial glass of unknown shape. Red (copper) - yes. Beige two finger head on the pour settles to a nice layer. Decent aroma consists of musty caramel and general citrus. Balanced is the palate with citrus tinged pine hop flavor edging out buttered toast from the malts. A very drinkable, pretty good beer.
