UPDATED: SEP 2, 2021 Backlog June 2017. Unclear pale golden body under a big dense white head. Mild but fresh aroma with citric fruit, wheat and typical sasion yeast. Taste goes pretty much in the same direction, slightly fruity, spicy saison with medium bitterness. Medium body and same aftertaste. Nothing extraordinary but pleasant enough.

0,6l bottle from Metro Marchano grocery in Montreal. Pours hazy golden with frothy white head. Quite easy to drink saison, with peppery spiciness, and citrus. Some belgian yeast in there too. Medium bitterness in the finish. Kind of a lighter version of "Tracteur" from Le Trou du Diable.

Monday, January 22, 2018. On tap, 25cL. 5%. @Palais_de_la_Bière, @Poitiers, FR. A pale yellow light opaque beer with a medium white foamy head ; medium retention ; average lacing. Herb, wild flower, citrus (lemon), rustic mineral. Medium dry bitter refreshing, light acid, sweet note. Light body, thin texture, good gaseous, dry floral acid finish. Overall, delicious ! Yes, awesome light beer.

375 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5%. Very pale straw colour, slightly hazy. HUge white head. Moderate but pleasant aroma of spicy saison yeast and some fruit. The flavour is spicy / yeasty and citrussy, mid between dry and sweet. Moderate hops. Fairly refreshing.

375ml bottle picked up at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Huge snow white head, slowly diminishing. Hazy pale golden body. Crocheted lacing. Saison fruity nose, yeasty fruitiness and citrus. Spiced ripe citrus flavours with a yeasty twist. Mid-sweet and mid-dry fruity ending. Soft carbonated. An average refreshing drink.(Tromsø 20.10.2017).

Clear light to medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, light citrus, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, saison yeast, sweet malt, pale malt, light citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to lively. [20170930]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, hops, flowers and way too much carbonation that hides so much of the would be taste experience.
