UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 Bottle from the brewery - clear golden color, white head. Very nice Märzen, some dough, malty, bit hoppy. Actually a very fine Märzen, a Style i don’t usually like too much.

Mild rezent, vollmundig. Ausreichend hopfenherber Abgang.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond and non-persistent mid-sized foamy head. Strawy malty aroma with cautious notes of biscuits and grains, also delicately floral hops in the background. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Strawy malt character with grainy notes and a whiff of wet cardboard towards the sweet and restrained bitter finish. Mediocre. 18.VII.16

Bouteille: Deep golden, indeed, a bit unclear, small creamy white head; mild grainy nose with a barely detectable amount of hops in the background; moderate sweetish flavour with a mild bitterness underneath, medium bodied and pretty soft;moderate sweet and grainy finish, some balancing bitterness in the very end. Not exciting at all, but very well drinkable…

Couldn’t get it the first time I was at the brewery so maybe it’s seasonal. Dark golden beer, impressive, creamy and durable head. Hoppy smell. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. The aroma is rather special, hoppy, fruity, bubblegum, I can’t really put my finger on it, but I like it. Medium body, average carbonation. Very tasty Märzen.
