UPDATED: APR 25, 2021 Burk från Etre Gourmete. Disig gyllengul vätska med kompakt lågt kritvitt skum. Doft av vete, jäst och grape. Fruktig men på ett återhållet sätt, torr, lite zest, lätt men långlivad beska. Gillar att den är så torr och krispig. Gott

UPDATED: MAR 5, 2021 Blonde opaque très légèrement rosée, orangée. Col de mousse blanc assez court, s’aère et retombe. Tenue moyenne. Nez de pamplemousse, zeste d’agrume, résine. Bouche légère agrume, pamplemousse, résineuse, faible rondeur, bouche tendue, finale agrume sèche de longueur moyenne. Corpulence assez légère, carbonatation moyenne. White ipa boostée au pamplemousse, les version précédentes mettaient plus le pamplemousse en avant, frais, très buvable, léger.

UPDATED: MAY 28, 2019 Bottle at a tasting. Quite characterful, flowery, zesty citrusy, general phenolics. High carbonation, rather thin body, relatively high bitterness too. Hard to distinguish the hops citruses from grapefruit added. Quite good.

ABV: 4,5%. Murky - muddy matt medium orange colour with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, peach, grapefruit, citrus, wheat - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Pretty cloudy orange to beige beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, lots of citrus, grapefruit, more fruity, bit floral. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of grapefruit, bitter, little metallic, citrus, nice fruity touch. Aftertaste: pretty fruity, grapefruit, nice bitterness, some tropical fruits, passion fruit. What a nice beer!
