COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Deep red in color. Cherry, oak, and caramel harmonize in this aged Flander's Red. This little sweetheart took a blue ribbon in the PA Farm Show’s Craft Beer competition in the mixed fermentation category. Fermented with wild harvested-yeast and a blend of bacteria in bourbon and wine barrels over 16 months.
UPDATED: JAN 7, 2022 Dark red brown with a medium sized foamy beige head. Vinegar, red wine, tart dark fruit and funk. Long finish. Moderately full bodied
