UPDATED: DEC 18, 2020 Pours hazy medium yellow with minimal white head. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, lovely floral notes, spices, esp lovage and white pepper, funk, barnyard, saline. Taste is salty, sour, elegant bitter. Soft mouthfeel, average carbonation, medium body. Very refreshing, elegant and balanced. Really, really good.

UPDATED: NOV 13, 2020 (Bottle) Golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish notes with citrus, grapefruit, lemon, cellar, cobweb, stable and elderflower. Fruity, tart taste with notes of grapefruit, lemon, barnyard, hay, green apples, elderflower and a tart and dry finish with cellar notes. Medium body, dry. Fresh, elegant and tasty, with a good acidity and a subtle elderflower touch. Very nice.

UPDATED: JUN 20, 2020 Smell of elderflower, some whitecurrant. Hazy golden colour, very high short white head. Aroma of raw berries, some floral notes, a faint of mold. Finishes with berries and grapes. Very sour. Lively carbon. Dry palate.

UPDATED: JUN 14, 2020 750 ml bottle, bottled 07/2015, shared by Werckmeister, thanks! Orange-amber, medium hazy body, with a big, creamy, off-white head. Aroma of funk, wood, elderflower, citrus. Tastes quite similar, with slight vinegar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes quite acidic, medium dry, wooden, moderate vinegary, with elderflower, citrus. Very nice. Lovely nose, with the right levels of wood, funk and elderflower. Tastes slightly too acidic though. Not outstanding, but interesting. Score: 8 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15

UPDATED: APR 9, 2020 0.75 l bottle from 'Belgiuminabox.com', bottled in September 2015, cellared for over four years. Clear, amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, quite herbal and gently funky aroma of quite some elderflower, overripe lemon, wood and horse blanket. Quite sour, rather herbal, gently funky and slightly fruity taste of overripe lemon, lots of elderflower, wood, horse blanket and some yoghurt, followed by a medium long, rather tart, woody-dry, funky and fairly herbal finish. Medium body, quite astringent, spritzy and gently effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. The elderflower doesn't match that well with the lambic, it's fairly harsh and disharmonious, quite disappointing since I usually like elderflower a lot.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2019 Data do 2021. Wygląd: barwa pomarańczowa, piwo jest zmętnione. Piana średnia, ładna drobno-pęcherzykowa. Aromat: głównie bez, bez i bez. Aromaty gueze mocno przykryte. W smaku początkowo, winne, winogronowe, średnio kwaśne, następnie przychodzi bezowe przełamanie, nieco nieprzyjemne, gałązkowe. Dosyć wytrawne. Wysycenie niskie w stronę średniego. Bez jest dla mnie jednym z najgorszych dodatków, zupełnie przykrył charakter gueze.

UPDATED: JUL 17, 2019 2015 bottle. Dark amber with fluffy thick head. Huge funk and flowery aroma, tart, Epson salt, lemon pulp, high carbonation and moderate body, basement muskiness, oak, delicious.
