UPDATED: APR 22, 2021 Pours like red wine. In the glass, it has a color of beetroot with deep red reflexes. The foam is light red. Huckleberries dominate the aroma. There are also hints of cherry and some cream. Highly sour. Sweetness is between low and medium levels. Very lively carbonated.

UPDATED: MAR 17, 2021 Piwo nalewa się ciemno rubinowe z obfitą różową pianą. W aromacie kwaśna octowa nuta i wyraźna czarna porzeczka. W smaku lekko kwaśne, słodkie, mocno porzeczkowe z wiśniową nutą. Nasycenie średnie do niskiej, dobrze pijalne.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2021 Lambic ai mirtilli, color violaceo dove i mirtilli sono certamente i protagonisti, assieme alla tipica acidità che caratterizza le lambic, poi ribes e frutti di bosco per un buon mix dolce-acido.
