thellgren (1985) - Helsinki, FINLAND - FEB 27, 2021UPDATED: FEB 27, 2021 0.75 l bottle from Alko Arkadia, Helsinki. Golden, clear, sparkling, fast vanishing head (when cold, when the beer gets warmer the head gets bigger). Aroma: Christmas tree, i.e. spruce resin Taste is also at first something like a Christmas tree. Later on when the bottle and beer gets warmer the taste of ginger comes up. Not heavily spiced, which is good since this is also dry. Not a bad idea at all.
