Aroma a manzana verde, sidra y madera de barrica con notas a humedad y ligero acético. Sabor a malta tostada, manzana madura, manzana verde y caramelo con notas a madera y ligero acético. Dulzor y acidez medios, alcohol medio-ligero y amargor ligero con regusto medio. Textura acuosa, cuerpo medio y carbonatación medio-alta.

UPDATED: OCT 7, 2021 37,5cl bottle from an Auchan store in Lyon as 'Gueuze Foudroyante' 5%abv drinking 7/10/2021 BB 25 AUG 2023 Pours a clear slightly brownish amber body with off-white dissipating on pour foam. Aroma of fruits with cherries, pear notes and an apple cider vibe, biscuit and some light sourness. Taste is pleasant and mostly sweet with the same fruity notes, sugary and a good sourness with light dusty and barnyard notes and a bit sourish-citrusy finish, quite sweet and carbonated. Medium body, sticky palate and oily texture and lively carbonation. Definitely good but a bit too sweet overall and could be better but I quite enjoyed it.

UPDATED: AUG 26, 2021 A good lambic beer at a great price. The beer tastes great, exactly what I would expect from a not-too-strong lambic beer with a very nice sour taste. I would definitely drink again.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2021 Bue en vacance, achetée au supermarché d'Oléron. Bonne surprise cette gueuze! Un peu sucrée certes mais reste équilibrée. Très correcte et facile à trouver!

UPDATED: MAR 7, 2021 .25 bottle. Clear amber, no head or lacing. Aroma fruity, horse blanket, apples, cherry stones, slightly biscuity. Taste thin, definitely sour. Carbonation medium to high, tingling. Bitterness medium, herbal. Aftertaste fruity, apples, yeasty, biscuits. Quite nice.
