The fruitiness is a little more subdued than the other Lindemans offerings. The tartness of our friends brett and lactobacillus are still evident which is what makes lambics so interesting to begin with. One of the better for beer drinkers but I find the ladies like the fruitier lambics.

Textura acuosa, cuerpo medio y carbonatación medio-ligera.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2021 Clear golden colour, not much of a head but that's ok for lambic beers. Probably it will taste quite sour for some but for me it is just perfect.

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2021 I’m always surprised to see how much I like this kind of beer, light, savory, sparkly. Fantastic!

bilcho1 (1487) - Ruse, BULGARIA - SEP 20, 2021
UPDATED: SEP 20, 2021 Tiny bottle. Clear gold, brief head, lacing and rising carbonation. On the nose, pear, peach and hints of musty leather. In the mouth, clean and crisp with light tart fruity texture, no bitterness but sugar through the finish into the aftertaste. A great intro to sour beers, or overpriced grain-based hard selzer. The former, thankfully.

UPDATED: SEP 10, 2021 BB 25 Nov 2022. From a stubby poured a crystal clear golden amber with 5mm of bright white dense foam that retained OK and laced OK. Carbonation high, lively and medium to coarse. Aroma very strongly of fresh, fruity, natural peach juice. Taste is very strong of fresh, fruity, natural peach juice; fizzy on the tip of the tongue; quite sweet; no bitterness. Light body. Smooth, slightly syrupy, and clean with a thin mouthfeel and a medium-length finish.

UPDATED: SEP 1, 2021 Poured from the tap. Clear-ish orange gold with small white head. Lots of sweet peach with a bit of pear. Sweet, but not cloying, just a hint of lambic at the finish. Enjoyable, if a bit sweet.

UPDATED: JUL 29, 2021 25 cl bottle @ Carlsen Kvarter. Pours hazy amber with a white head. Aroma and flavour are peaches, apples, and a little funk - with a slightly sweet finish.

UPDATED: JUL 23, 2021 25cl bottle from Carrefour store in Bruxelles, drinking it on 23/07/2021 BB 09 JUN 2023 Pours hazy orangy yellow with frothy white foam on top. Aroma of malt, peaches and apricot, flowery. Taste is malty and bit juicy, sweet and tart with a really nice slightly sourish peach and apricot flavours that I find extremely refreshing. Light body and medium carbonation. It may be more like a juice and very fruited and low-alcohol perhaps, but the taste is really good. Of the fruit flavored Lindemans i tried up to now, kriek and framboise, this one would be the one I would love to drink the most probably. Really refreshing, very nice.
