Funky yeasty, bretty, slightly fruity aroma, hints of cherry, blackcurrant, hints of balsamico, Bourbon. Taste is sour, funky yeasty, bretty, slightly fruity, hints of morello, blackcurrant, some balsamico, a touch of Bourbon. Watery, acid thinned texture, astringent palate, fine, lively carbonation. Nice composition concerning fruity, spicy and BA aspects, too sour for my liking - OK.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2021 Shared bottle at Pass trappå kjellerbryggeri 13.05.21. Clear mahogany. Beige head. Aroma and taste of brett, black currants, rhubarb and gooseberries. Acid ans astringent mouthfeel. Good.

UPDATED: JUN 3, 2019 On tap at TCBW 2019. Pours bordeaux red colour. Thin white head. Vegetables, earthiness, barnyard in the aroma. Hints of some berries too. Acidity, vegetables, sulphur in the taste. Earthy and mineral notes. Palate is crisp. Very young, seems not developed.

UPDATED: MAY 28, 2019 Bright wine aroma of black currant, cherry and oak. Very similar to the aged Flemish ale. Dark brown, slightly hazy with a ring of white foam on the edges of the glass. The taste is restrained sour, black currant, berries. The finish is dry with a slight sourness. The body is very light, carbonation is average.
