COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For our Chameleon series we create a classic American Pale Ale using Maris Otter with a touch of Vienna malt, we bitter using whole leaf Columbus hops, add Citra to the kettle after boil and then dry hop after fermentation with the best hops we can get our hands on, for this iteration we feature a second helping of Citra, an American hop with aromas of lemon zest and floral notes

imdownthepub (22082) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 18, 2021
UPDATED: SEP 18, 2021 Draught at the Rook & Gaskill, York. Clouded lemon gold with white head. There are pleasant, tangy, citrusy flavours in this from the off, lemon zest with a pithy note, some lemongrass, some summery herbs. Quite light on the palate, refreshing. Pretty reasonable.
