UPDATED: AUG 7, 2020 clear amber beer with a medium head. I guess the color comes from caramel as that is in the taste too. It is not a spectecular lager but a touch less watery than other swiss lagers.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, bread, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, light caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191102]

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2019 (bottle) clear deep golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of green apple, marzipan and honey-tinged malts, with a light touch of powdered sugar, walnuts and some canned okra. flavour is more of the same, lots of green malts and walnuts, with a hint of caramelized grain and more green apple in the semi-dry finish. light- to medium-bodied with average carbonation.
