Fruity, sourish nose with canned peaches, apples, soft malt and a touch of cinnamon. Fruity, tart taste with notes of apples, unripe pears, mixed fruit, a touch of oak wood and green grapes. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Low bitterness. Quite fruity and fairly odd for a saison. Quite enjoyable.

Draft at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Clear orange golden with a thin white head. Aroma is vinous with oak barrel notes, tart grapes and yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
