COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This dark brown Stout Beer is brewed with a blend of roasted barley and flaked barley malt which makes this beer creamy with an interesting aroma of roasted malts. The hop flavour, traditionally low in Stout Beer, today is reconsidered by the use of a dry hopping technique, which creates a modern and captivating hoppy aroma, typical of the IPA Beers. The use of revitalized Gozitan water, with its unique features, promotes a perfect balance for the interpretation of this beer.

caribou43 (2456) - Lausanne, SWITZERLAND - SEP 20, 2021
UPDATED: SEP 20, 2021 This bottle is coming from Amstein, St-Légier. Opening it two days ago at home Epalinges during the meal. The body is dark and troubled, average carbonation for a stout, white and brown foam. A classical or ordinary stout, easy to drink it with smooth aromas of roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, some hop at the final with a yeasty note at the final, rather dry and mineral.

UPDATED: SEP 11, 2021 Dark brown colour, almost black, nice frothy head, fair lacing. Aroma is nuts, chocolate, a bit of raisin. Medium bitterness, a bit of unpleasant sourness. Creamy texture. Good.

UPDATED: JUN 25, 2021 Bière bue au burgers.ink à Malte, robe brune foncée, nez légèrement sur le malt grillé, en bouche c'est très et même trop léger, pas une réussite.

wilzwert (1193) - Lille, FRANCE - JUN 25, 2021

BeardedAvenger (5128) - New Haw, Surrey, ENGLAND - DEC 31, 2019
UPDATED: DEC 31, 2019 Christmas present from my sister-in-law. Roasty liquorice aroma with some floral elements. Opaque dark cola brown. Creamy beige head. Medium bitter. Dark coffee and what I can only describe as damp charcoal. Sour berries in the finish with an almost lactose sweetness but all rather ethereal. Medium bodied. Creamy. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. This Stout had bitterness but otherwise lacks depth.
