COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In 2021 we welcome Helles as a full-time addition to our core range. Gentle and balanced, Helles exemplifies everything we aim to achieve as lager brewers. Rolling hills, open fields and happy times with friends - a reminder there are good things ahead. Helles uses the same pilsner malt blend as Keller Pils, and gently hopped with Magnum, Perle and Tettnang.

Scopey (21884) - Oldmeldrum, SCOTLAND - SEP 27, 2021
UPDATED: SEP 27, 2021 Can from BD Inverurie. It pours lightly hazy yellow - gold with a fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, clean, soft, sweet, doughy bread, cracker, biscuit, grass, light herbal accents and sponge cake. The taste is crisp, firmly dry initially, then we get sweet doughy white bread, sponge cake, brioche, cracker, straw, some spice, grass and lemon pith with a dry, crackery finish. Medium body and moderate, massaging carbonation. Rounded and very quaffable. A classy example of the style

Garrold (9483) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JUL 1, 2021
UPDATED: JUL 1, 2021 Can. Waitrose. The Sheffield store has definitely upped it’s beer game recently. Possibly as a result of a big refurb? Anyway. Soft haze on a pale yellow gold. Very decent white foam stays the course. Nose has sour grain. Wheat. Fusty lemon. Hedge clippings. Hint of flora. Taste is a little sweet, with a good amount of grassy, floral bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel with high-ish foamy carbonation. Dries out toward the end. Nice one.
