COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Not for the faint hearted! Our stout rewards the palate with robust flavor of roasted malts (malts are roasted like coffee beans) and heavy hops. A creamy smooth surprise.

UPDATED: MAY 18, 2021 Introduction Shitao, also the first Shitao drink, a little disappointed. It's not like the taste of dark chocolate and milk described in the description at all. The more prominent is the taste of bitter coffee, which is bitter, astringent and slightly sour. Anyway, I don't like it very much.

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2021 A deep dark stout with a thick frothy lacing creamy brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, molasses, light oxydation. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with musty and fruity esters, light coffee, pleasant and smooth. Bottle.

atpsynthase (155) - SINGAPORE - FEB 11, 2021
UPDATED: FEB 11, 2021 330 ml bottle shared between a small party from an online retailer. Pours a rather dark black with a slowly rising yellowish-beige head; nose of perhaps dark malts. Quite a bit of coffee, along with some chocolate and a reasonable amount of caramel; mild bitter. Quite balanced and would have been good for me to try more of.

UPDATED: DEC 21, 2020 Bottle from Bien Manger. fajna sredniej wielkosci ale za to bardzo kremowa piana lekko bezowa, barwa ciemno brazowa niemal nie przejrzysta. pachnie palona kawa, dobra czekolada z orzechami. fajny owsiany stout, subtelne fajnie palone slody, fajna kawa z kostka czekolady. ja to lubie, dobre do konsumowania podczas gry w bilard

UPDATED: MAR 5, 2020 Enjoyed the aroma and appearance. Strong roasted notes and dark and viscous. Flavor was a little muted. Still good though.

UPDATED: FEB 23, 2020 12oz bottle at Pizza Port, Carlsbad, CA on 01/05/2008. A great stout, with smooth sweetness and noticeable lactose, but not overpowering and with a decent bitter linger.

UPDATED: DEC 13, 2019 Discovering this bottle, at the sterk, Amsterdam, during my first trip there. Trying and enjoying this correct and powerful stout, at home, Lausanne, Prélaz, june 2018.The body is dark, powerful, opaque with an average carbonation, thin white and brown foam. A classical nectar to find your dreams at night with notes of roasted malt, coffee, cacao and dark chocolate, dry and mineral.

hayayoshi (621) - Colorado, USA - DEC 10, 2019
UPDATED: DEC 10, 2019 Aroma is roasty, tobacco. Dark brown and mocha head. Taste is roasty, malty, tobacco, earthy, and dark. Too dark maybe.
