UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 Appearance: clear gold with a one finger tall white frothy head of medium retention.
Aroma: malt, candy, apple wine. Grassy hop.
Taste: light to medium sweet. Malty. Apple wine. Candy. Warming alcohol
Distant hop. Low to light bitterness.
Mouth feel: medium body. Fine carbonation.
Overall: not bad as a strong pale lager. No chance among Bocks as it contains unmalted barley.
UPDATED: DEC 3, 2021 Bockbier is there, especially when it is heated, aromatics and flavoring shades are not diverse, but individual notes. Sweetish, fruity-floral notes, malt. Alcohol is slightly expressed. But in general, the feeling remains that you are drinking a strong lager.
