UPDATED: FEB 26, 2019 bottle that pours slightly hazy bright yellow - with the slighest gold tint - with a towering white head offering excellent retention and lacing. super fresh crackling cereals, tons of fresh (noble i would write) flowers, edible ones, nothing perfumey here, drying brettiness, woodsiness, prickly pear fruitiness, yeast - chewy spicy and zesty; spot-on phenolic esters, white pepper. healthy carbonation, light body - thin; dry, crisp and zippy spicy-citrusy finish. very nice light bitterness from hops and tea. solid tea sessionable saison.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light banana esters, cloves, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, light tea notes, light curacao, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Bouteille de 500 ml achetée directement à la brasserie au coût de 6,60$. Arôme: Odeur florale avec une pointe de thé. Apparence: La couleur est blonde pâle voilée avec une moyenne densité de bulle. Présence d'un large col mousseux et d'une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût florale avec une pointe de thé et de poivre. Durée moyenne de l'arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement onctueuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Légère présence de levure belge en arrière goût. (Rating #8007)

500 ml bottle purchated at the coop brewery on November 4, 2018. Hazy gold, medium head. Dry herb flavor tea, notes of light green hops. Taste of green herbs, notes of light citrus tea, no aftertaste. A lack of alot of things!
