UPDATED: DEC 31, 2021 beautiful appearance of mahogany colour and an inch of creamy beige-ish ecru head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma and taste of toasted rye bread (crust), burnt plum jam, dreid sour cherry, dark chocolate and some biscuity notes; I like it very much!

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2021 Bottle at Hopa. Pours cola brown with a tan head. Nose is toffee, bready malts and biscuits. Taste is slightly sweet and grainy, with notes of bread, toasted malts, biscuits and hay with just a hint of herbal hops in the background. Light bodied with soft to average carbonation, easy to drink. Decent.

Surprisingly takes more after a Munich Dunkel rather than a Franconian Dunkel.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2021 Bottle from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear ruby/brown body with a beige head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of Worcester sauce and Marmite. Flavour of raisin and cranberry. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Nicely balanced and interesting flavours.
