COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
When we expanded our brewery the stress was something to say the least. I ran out of creative juice for a minute so decided another for inspiration. Another One IPA and Weez use the same hops but different malts. The result- Another One is very light in color, and Weez is very dark. Each, however, allow the hops to shine out front.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2021 (Bottle) Lightly cloudy yellow body with a large, stiff, white head and medium lacing on the glass. Aroma of bready malt, pine, light orange, peach, yeast, and mild tropical fruit. Medium body, stick mouthfeel. Flavor mirrors the aroma; plus a little bubblegum, white pepper. Delicate and nice.

UPDATED: NOV 19, 2021 Bottle. Pours a fairly hazy orange hue with a large white head. A soft citrus nose. Big smooth citrus, very refined, mild sweet malts, almost like a pilsner base. Flavorful. Light lemons. Perfume. Very good.

scotchzombie (818) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - AUG 15, 2021
UPDATED: AUG 15, 2021 Pours a very hazy yellow with a huge soapy white head. Aroma is a wonderfully mild sweet tropical citrus, leaning lemon with notes of floral hops. Quite subtle on the palate - less sweet and very well-balanced. Massively drinkable. Juicy tropics with a mild bitter finish that amplifies with warming. Slight caramel malt backbone. Moderate carbonation, slightly cloying. I love this beer.

ChainGangGuy (5514) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - JUL 22, 2021
UPDATED: JUL 22, 2021 Appearance: Pours a light yellow-toned body, lightly hazed with a pleasingly lofty, lasting, white head. Smell: Shimmeringly oily, scantly pithy citrus peelings alongside tropical tones, peach-pear blend, an understated maltiness and a vein of earthiness. Taste: Crackery malts, a little bit grainy and suggesting of malt wheat. Splash of honeywine for a touch of sweetness. Cleansing grapefruit-lemon combo with some staunch florals, stonefruits, tropical fruits dusted with an earthy, peppery spice. Moderately bitter. Some slight heat from the alcohol. Drying, bitterish, tropcial-citrus finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Overall: Quite pleasant.

Ernest (9030) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - MAR 5, 2021
UPDATED: MAR 5, 2021 Bottle (Feb 2, 2021 bottling). Head is initially average sized to large, frothy, rocky, white, mostly lasting. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (grapefruit, herbs). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly acidic, lightly acidic, moderately to heavily bitter, slightly unclean. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Surprisingly simple and timid aroma despite being only a month old, but what's there is pretty clean for a modern IPA...no onion or fabric softener or acid reflux to be found. Just wish there was something there to truly entice...kinda seems phoned in. Nicely balanced and clean in the mouth, albeit a bit watery. It's just too restrained and ordinary to be notable or memorable, but considering most IPAs are utter train wrecks nowadays, that's not a major complaint...a drinkable IPA is a very rare thing!

UPDATED: FEB 18, 2021 Pours tinted orange with a frothy white head. Nose is grapefruit, funk, lemon pie. Just smooth and velvety for the style. Bready, smooth florals, grass, slight zest and pepper in the back. Great package for 7abv.
