UPDATED: JAN 7, 2022 (Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 02/2022, at Juova, 20220107) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was huge, white and it lasted long. Aroma had spiciness, fruitiness, dill and the horrible coconut. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, coconut, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had spiciness, coconut and bitterness. I hoped the saison yeast would have hidden the horrible sides of Sorachi Ace completely but unfortunately it wasn't the case this time.

Hazy orange colour, small white head. Sorachi Ace dill and Sabro coconut in the nose. Light-bodied. Sweetish fruityness, spiceyness, dill and coconut in the flavour. Exotic combo this SA & Sabro.

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2021 Tap (Juova, Helsinki). Hazy amber color. Sweet, gherkins, very herbal, dry in aroma/taste.

UPDATED: SEP 22, 2021 Tap (Juova, Helsinki) (6:3:6:3:11=2.9) Sweet fruity aroma, lots of sorachi ace. Even more in the taste. Not unpleasant, but a bit unbalanced, and perhaps just a bit too quirky.

UPDATED: AUG 3, 2021 0,33l bottle from the brewery. Pours slightly hazy golden with a big white head. Dryish and yeasty. Not as dry as last year's version. Some malt, and nice sorachi ace hops.

UPDATED: JUL 24, 2021 Strong carbonation.a thin white lace.I can taste sorachi ace.a little spicy.quite smooth. Bbf:2/2022
