UPDATED: JAN 7, 2022 (Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 12/2022, at Juova, 20220107) The beer poured dark brown and quite clear. Its head was medium sized and nearly white. Aroma had malts, prunes, aniseed, Belgian style yeast and toasty notes. Palate was medium bodied and mildly warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, prunes, aniseed, toasted malts, Belgian style yeast and bitterness. Aftertaste had aniseed, toasted malts and bitterness. A delicious brew showing the yeast characteristics.

Dark brown-ruby colour, tiny off-white head. Aroma has earthy Belgian yeastyness, wineous notes, berries, alcohol. Medium-bodied. Sweet berryish quad, some alcohol. A bit rough, needs cellaring.
