Casa Manigua, Bogota. Nice appearance with soft soapy foam and yellow orange hazed body. A surprisingly solid saison effort, that I don’t even expect from some more established breweries. Dry peppery nose above sweet yeast. Round, alright sweet sip. Dries out fantastically. Orange esters. Peppery finish. A touch flabby but flavors are nice. Cool.
