Bottle pours out brown topped with a small head. Nose is spice ginger molasses sweetness. Tatse is more of the nice molasses but the ginger takes over.

Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a very dark brown color with a small foamy tan head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was ginger powder, faint toasty malts and a touch of vague fruits. The flavor was ginger powder, toasty malts, a tart and chalky presence and just fell off to water. Short watery ginger finish. Thin and watery body. Disappointing.

Sweet robust malt and molasses aroma. Dark amber color with a small tan head. Tart beginning with a sweet molasses and licorice finish.

22 oz bottle. Dark brown with beige froth. Nose is molasses and chocolate, hints of ginger and spearmint. Medium light with a tingle but feels a bit thin and watery. Taste is molasses, not quite sweet, yeast, bitter cola and grass. Lingering ginger buzz. Should be bigger to pull off this combination.

This beer tastes like a gingerbread cookie. It is fabulous if you like that tase. I could drink this all winter long.
