Scopey (21884) - Oldmeldrum, SCOTLAND - JAN 12, 2018
Can at LKS - big thanks to the host. It pours clear amber - orange with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, sticky, juicy, candied orange, bready, brioche and marmalade. The taste is crisp, dry, tropical fruit vibes, tangy, boozy warmth, toasty sugars and bread malt base with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Good fun interp of the style.

December 2017 - Post Pig's Ear tasting at LKS. Thanks! Can as 'Marble Liquid Cuddle'. Dark orange, translucent and still, foamy off-white head. Aroma is mostly apple, some fragrant herbs. Body is light and frothy with tingly carbonation. Taste is again apple and melon forward, finishes a little papery dry. Quite basic and not really my thing. (A5-A4-T5-B3-O12=2.9)
