UPDATED: DEC 6, 2021 Fairly clear orange/red body with a finger of head. Aroma is candied orange and grapefruit, pine, mild caramel, and ripe pear. Taste is long fruit sweetness, some fig and tobacco finish. Texture is light and fizzy. Really great.

UPDATED: OCT 2, 2021 Aroma of fruits, malt, bread, caramel, yeast and a hint of honey. Amber with a white head. Medium to heavy sweet and medium bitter. Medium to full body with average + carbonation. Overall a nice Tripe. Well balanced and easy drinkable for a beer at this strenght, as expected.

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2021 Little carbonation, little head. Color is light brown, golden copper. Aromas are very mild, malt, bread and honey. Flavors are medium in strength. Medium sweetness, mild bitterness, little acidity. Clear malt and notes of bread, honey and a bit of spices. Balanced enough, heavier than, say, Duvel but milder than Westmalle. Pair with meat dishes, steak, pizza, pasta.

The aroma is lightly to medium malty with bread, biscuit, some honey, light fruity yeast notes, some peppery notes and faint notes of floral hops. Full body with a soft carbonation, a medium sweetness and a light bitterness. The flavor is dominated by sweet malt, syrup, honey, sweet bread, biscuit in front of some fruity yeast notes (pear, cloves). Finishes with a very light bitterness. Aroma: 6 Appearance: 4 Taste: 7 Palate: 4 Overall: 13
