Their dedication to delicious coffee and building community is an inspiration to us. The recipe features their Ikizere roast coffee, added on to a complex and roasty brown ale dreamt up by our brewers after a visit to the Rwanda Bean roastery. A portion of the sales from this beer will be donated to Rwanda Bean’s Compassion Campaign. Every $5 covers health insurance for a member of the coffee farming community in Rwanda. UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 Pours clear dark mahogany with a two finger, tan head. Aroma is coffee, caramel and roast. Taste is caramel, moving to coffee and roast. Finish is sweet coffee.

UPDATED: DEC 11, 2021 From a 16 oz. can dated 12/02/21. The pour is dark chocolate brown with a fading tan head. The aroma is all about the coffee grinds. Maybe something floral beyond that but do you like your coffee black?
Light-medium mouthfeel. The taste is all about the coffee and little else. I mean really, it could keep me awake at night. I can't seem to ascertain anything else but coffee grinds.

UPDATED: DEC 9, 2021 16 oz. can. Aroma is roasted nut, mild earth and a lot of coffee bean. Flavors follows with a touch of sweetness in the finish. Body is about medium with a dry roasted texture. Enjoyed this a good amount.
