COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We got an opportunity to make this fun, sessionable, non-IPA at the request of our friends at The Beer Mongers in PDX. The Thomas Fawcett Dark Crystal malt shines with big notes of toffee & caramel and a malty backbone of Munich and pale malts. A hearty dose of Willamette hops keeps all that sweetness in balance with an herbal spice and moderate bitterness.
