Dry-hopped Farmbier. A generous dry-hop evokes aromas of lemon blossom and delicate citrus with soft tropical fruit notes, while the pallet expresses a balance of warming spices and a soft herbaceous quality, melanged with fruity, juicy notes of banana, orange, melon, and berries. A perfect treat to get you in a spring state of mind. This little heartthrob is an expressive Farmbier brewed exclusively with Barb Owl malts, locally grown centennial from and our house saison culture from Escarpment labs.

Aroma: hops, citrus, caramelised orange peel, pine needles, some peach, some yuzu.
Taste: bitter citrus peel, lime, hops, some peach. Quite dry, heavy bitterness. Medium body.

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2022 --Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Cloudy straw colour, mid sized head.- Aroma of lemon curd and mango. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Citrus, grass and peach, slight notyes of marzipan. Mid bitter finish. Hop driven, basic underneath.

UPDATED: MAY 9, 2021 2021-05-08. Lightly hazy yellow, nice foamy white head and lace. 3++ Aroma is mild but pleasant, lightly fruit, pale malt, lightly bready biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, moderate bitterness throughout, light fruit, bready biscuity malt. Average plus bodied palate, good carbonation. Pretty nice. 7+/4/7/3/16 Can from Birrerria Volo, Toronto.
