UPDATED: JAN 8, 2022 Bottling 11/03/21 With aroma, fresh coffee, cream. The taste is sour, with coffee and chocolate undertones. There is a little rum in the aftertaste, and something sour, chocolate. Hmm .. Remembered the infected Planet TrES-2b. You can not do it this way.

UPDATED: OCT 15, 2021 Appearance: Fogged amber, one finger tall off-white head of mediocre retention. Aroma: Vanilla, coffee, rum, cream, biscuit and waffle, distant piney hop. Taste: Light to medium sweet. Vanilla, coffee, rum, cream, biscuit and waffle. Warming alcohol. Mouth feel: Medium to full body. Soft to average carbonation. Overall: Actually not a great fun of things like that. But it's well brewed. No question. Decent slow sipper.
