Pours hazy, golden yellow with a big, bubbly white head. Settles as very thin film of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer.No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense and somewhere between a Lambic and a tart white wine. Light fruity odor of rispe berries. Tart, dry white wine. Light touch of funk. Sour cheese and barnyard.
Fairly strong carbonation. Thin, oplyser, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong, tart sourness. A bit acerbic and sharp. Aftertaste is tart and sour. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Tart and sharp with a light touch of funk. What's not to like.

Citric aroma, oak, mild funk. Lightly sweet flavour with nice okey dryness, restrained acidity, perhaps some watermelon, mellow lemon, orange, nips of grass, understated funk, cherry. Light to medium bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Clean, lightly quenching finish, more decent citric acidity, woody dryness. Really good stuff overall.
