UPDATED: JUL 9, 2021 375 ml bottle. Pours unclear amber with a small white head. Acetic notes, plums, peach, barnyard, fermented hay, funk, earthy notes, carrot juice, lime juice, vinegar. Dry sourness with a light fruity sweetness. Full to medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry acetic sour finish. Quite nice and drinkable, still complex though, not too intense and sour. A fruit lambic for beginners.

UPDATED: JUN 12, 2020 Bottle. A- Funky, straw, hay, musty, mild peach. A- Peach color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Tart, funky, straw, earthy, peach, acidic. P- Medium body, average texture, medium carbonation, funky finish. O- Fairly funky and acidic. Peach was there but it still isn't a great lambic. This Spontan series just doesn't justify the price point.

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2019 Opatovina Festival 2019. Glue, wild character, fruit, peach, clear golden with no head, kind of like cider, sweet taste with quite weird sourness, oily and flat. Wasn't impressed.

UPDATED: NOV 13, 2019 Kolejny spontan z Mikkellera, niestety chyba najsłabszy, choć to pokazuje jak konkurencja była mocna. Aromat intensywny, brzoskwinie, ocet, trochę nut funky, morele w tle. W smaku zdecydowanie kwaśne, octowe, trochę jabłka i brzoskwinie, pestkowe w posmaku. Ciekawe piwo, choć tak jak napisałem na początku nie podeszło mi tak jak poprzednie. Dla mnie trochę zbyt octowe i w smaku bardziej mi poszło w jabłka niż brzoskwinie.

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2019 Bottle from MikkellerBeerMail. Pours clear golden with amberish hue and tiny white head. Aroma is malt, vinegar, yeast, straw and a fruity finish with notes of peach, lemon, mint and fennel. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and very acidic. Bosy is oily with sparkling carbonation. Finish is long with notes of malt, vinegar, yeast, grain, straw and fruit. Very refreshing and not too sour.
