UPDATED: MAR 18, 2020 Bottle. Pours opaque amberish brown with medium white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, spruce, grapefruit, passion fruit, groundcherry and hints of burn sugar and tobacco. Taste is medium sweet and medium to very bitter. Body is oily with medium carbonation. Finish is long and mostly bitter with notes of bitter grapefruit, bergamot orange, 99% dark chocolate, bitterness from coffe beans, caramel, butterscotch and vanilla. Very bitter but also good sweetness and fruityness.

UPDATED: OCT 30, 2019 Keg at The Three Johns, Angel. Murky orange with an offwhite head. Aroma of caramel, herbal hops and butterscotch. Nice, but could have been fresher. Hops have spoiled a bit.

UPDATED: NOV 5, 2019 Aromat intensywny, cytrusy, zioła, aromat lasu, choinka, delikatnie karmel. W smaku podobnie z grejpfrut na pierwszym planie, pomarańcze, ziołowość, goryczka średnia, delikatnie karmel w tle. Podobne piwo do ostatniego IPA z mikkelera, choć bardziej poszło w gorzkie grejpfruty. Dobre IPA, mimo że czuć tu trochę karmel, choć też nie do przesady.

W smaku słodkie, karmelowe, raczej zmulaste - cytrusy dość konkretne, ale nie poprawiają sytuacji za bardzo. Goryczka średnia, lekko zalegająca. Broszura z Mikkellera mówiła, że to west coast, a to nawet nie jest dobry east coast xd
