UPDATED: JAN 2, 2022 8-3-8-4-16 On tap @ Mjøderiet. Pours clear red, with a tiny rocky head. Aroma is heather and raspberries, with a nice balancing honey sweetness. Medium to full body, with no carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of raspberries and musty fruits, as well as honey and heatherry minerals. Very nice fruity notes. Balanced and refreshing.

UPDATED: JUN 10, 2021 Så og si klar rød farge med lyst risa skum. Gjær., overmoden bringebær, honning. Smaker av bringebær. God honningsødme i avslutningen.

UPDATED: MAY 24, 2020 330 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. ABV is 6.8%. Clear pink to red colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived off-white pink-ish head. Aroma of raspberries, hints of honey in the background. Sweet and fruity flavour, some fruity acidity, raspberries galore, honey in the background.

Fra fat på Bryggeri 13. Gyldenrødbrun. Filmskum. Lett bringebæraroma. Smaken oversukret bringebær. Honningen nesten fraværende. Plagsomt søt.

Clear, pale red body. Aroma of raspberries, minerals, and citrus. The flavour follows the aroma, the raspberries mask the honey completely. Heavy sweet taste. Full-bodied, syrupy, flat carbonation. Quite nice, but a bit too sweet for my liking, I had hoped that the sweetness had been balanced by raspberry acidity.

On tap at Brus Oslo, april 20th 2017. Hazy red body with offwhite lacings. Aroma of sweet honey and raspberries, mild acidic. Taste is juicy and fresh of sweet berries, balanced with a lemony acidity. Candy aftertaste. Nice

Tap @ Både &, Kristiansand. Slightly unclear red body with a rather big, foamy and lacing white to slightly pink head. Quite much carbonation. Strong aroma of sweet raspberry juice and candy. Flavor is very sweet raspberry juice with raspberry candy and a little hint of acid in the background that practically drown in sweetness. Despite the sweetness and lack of honey flavor its actually quite nice and somehow have some kind of freshness instead of the sticky feeling you might expect from the first impression. I’m not a big fan of too much honey flavor, but in case I probably wish for some more honey and a little bit less candy. But it’s tasty and kinda interesting anyway.

bottle courtesy of Timo. Sparkling golden pour. Passion fruit nose with light bees wax & minerals. Sweet, tiny sour, fruity & tiny floral. Round, tiny tart & sparkling mouthfeel. Bit too soda-like for my taste. Wouldn't mind more honey character too without increasing sweetness.
