COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Unfiltered An organic ale that is called Forêt in the U.S.A.

The Moinette Biologique is a top fermentation blond beer with refermentation in the bottle. It was created in 1990 and is, together with the “Saison Dupont Biologique”, one of the first two organic beers. The Moinette Biologique has the combination of malt aromas, fruitiness and fine hops. It is very thirst-quenchening and strikes a fine balance between mellowness, fruitiness and bitterness. The long refermentation in the bottle ends up in a very complex beer. The production is being controlled by Certisys and has the label Biogarantie®.

Ingredients: water, organic barley malt, organic cane sugar, organic hops, yeast.

midovark (4274) - Budapest, HUNGARY - DEC 20, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 20, 2021 Bottle at home. Opaque golden pour with a white head. Nose is phenolic, showing citrus zest, light malty notes, and herbal touches. Taste is slightly sweet, malty, grainy, highly phenolic and spicy with a touch of apples and a barely bitter finish. The taste is rather clean and straightforward all along. Light to medium bodied with soft to average carbonation. Been enjoying these classic saisons lately and this is no exception either.

Diabobale (839) - ITALY - MAY 6, 2021
UPDATED: MAY 6, 2021 Dorata, limpida, con abbondante schiuma bianca dalla lunga tenuta. Al naso fieno, miele, camomilla, panificato. Al palato pane, miele, camomilla e finale erbaceo. Carbonazione purtroppo non esaltante e secchezza non proprio ottimale.

Bottle. Slightly hazy yellow orange in color, effervescent white foamy head... Aroma of Belgian malts, sourdough, biscuits, fruity esters, spices, yeast... Crisp mouthfeel, fruity notes initially, apple cider, grains, earth, fresh baguettes, spicy yeast on finish... Solid ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: DEC 11, 2020 2016 vintage. Pours hazy straw yellow with rather large white head. Aroma is citrus, white flowers, honey, funk, spices. Medium+ bitter, very nice acidity and bit sour. Very good mouthfeel, soft and rich carbonation. Fresh. Leaves a nice long, bitter aftertaste. Excellent.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2020 Super dry and farmhouse-like. But quite clean and crisp and light bodied. Quintessential for the style. Just a touch ashy in the finish. Beerwulf online
