UPDATED: JUL 18, 2021 Bottle, 75cl. It's a hazy straw colored cider with some carbonation and no head. The aroma is lightly funky, but mostly apple. Ripe apples, apple cores, some grass and green apple peel, with a floral, almost mineral touch. It's dry, almost tart, and full to medium bodied, with a hint of alcohol warmth and a decent carbonation. Some tannins. Ripe apples, leathery, barnyard-ish funk, even a hint of lemon, with grass, apple cores and a faint touch of fruit sugar. Lasting dry, lightly sour and mostly fruity finish. Not bad this one, not at all, perhaps a bit on the tart side if the plan is to finish a bottle on your own. 210718

Small bubbly mediumlasting head, slightly hazy light yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry funky fruity, apple cores, brett, sour apples, hay, minerals, flowers, citrus, apple peel, sorrel, hints of oak. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, sour apples, brett, flowers, hay, minerals, citrus, apple peel, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

UPDATED: MAY 24, 2020 Kjerrheia 110520. Unclear golden-yellow color with no head. Aroma is apple, sulphur. Flavorm is apple, sulphur, apple, yeast, sugar, sourness. Nice cider.

UPDATED: MAY 21, 2020 Bottle, courtesy of Gunnfryd. Pale golden body without any head. Nice, clean apple aroma. Fine, rather clean mature apple taste as well, sweet with light balancing acidity. Medium body and average aftertaste. Nothing special, but well-made straight forward cider with a god balance between sweet and sour.
