COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship offering is golden to pale in color, with low bitterness, medium body, and a white head. Our Cream Ale has redefined the category and made a classic style cool again. We use a bit of Madagascar Vanilla Bean to give it that “Cream Soda” kick. This beer finishes dry despite a subtle perceived sweetness from the Vanilla. Great any time of year.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2020 Very soft and golden, pure straw coloured body with a thinnish pure white head that stays afloat for a while. Aroma of light coffee, nuts, white chocolate, grain and a dash of deeper malts, but tons of sweet notes throughout. Light-bodied; Strong white chocolate and coffee notes dominate with a lot of flavours for a smooth and easy-drinking malt-forward beer that shows some very mild alcohol notes, a hint of chocolate and a lot coffee notes. Aftertaste shows the deeper coffee, white chocolate and grainy notes with a lot of malts, some smooth sugars and a good deal of flavours, especially for the easy-drinking nature. Overall, a nice and very crisp, yet easy-drinking beer with a ton of flavours, yet remains a nice option, especially in the summer heat pretty much anywhere - from California to Utah! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Bullwinkle's Liqour Store in West Yellowstone, Montana on 29-July-2020 for US$1,67 sampled in my hotel room here in Salt Lake City, Utah on 04-August-2020.

UPDATED: APR 7, 2020 7/4/2020. Can from Beer Republic online store. Pours clear golden with an average size white head. Aroma is vanilla, creamy custard, lemon puff biscuit, ice cream soda. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Sweet, creamy, vanilla finish. Not a style I’ve been much of a fan of but this was enjoyable.
