UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 Backlog February 2017. Clear reddish amber body under a small, lacing beige head. Aroma reminds med a lot of Coca-Cola. Taste is sweet and has some Cola flavor as well in combination with ginger and mild malt. Moderate bitterness. Medium body and similar aftertaste. Not bad, but a rather original and quite unusually one.

KØLF 070117. Amber color with a beige head. Aroma is malt, spices, coffee, chocolate. Flavor is malt, spices, coffee, chocolate, bread, spices, fruit. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Appearance: Dark brown color with a fine thick tan head. Good lacing.
Aroma: Bready, some spices and toffee with an ok intensity.
Palate: Medium body (felt a bit thin). Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average to soft carbonation.
Taste: Toffee, some spices, bready and some fruity notes.
Overall impression: Nice ale with a mild spiced profile. Just a bit thin texture.

Bottle from Det Gode Brygg, Sandnes.Batch #006. Pours clear deep dark ruby, with a small creamy tan head. Malty mild aroma , dark red berries, mild seasonal spices. Taste is light sweet malty, berries and toffee, watery mouthfeel,long weak spicy finish, not bad.
