“Where must we go, we who wander this wasteland, in search of our better selves?” Quilts of Fury is a new Baltic Porter brewed to help guide you through the encroaching Winter Wasteland. Rich, malty, and complex, this unique style is reminiscent of English Porters but with the restrained roast of a Schwarzbier. Originating in the countries surrounding the Baltic Sea, these particular porters are inspired by Imperial Stouts exported from England but fermented cold with lager yeast. The furious flavor profile is full of dark fruits, bitter chocolate, and toffee with a warming finish. Oh, what a day...what a lovely day!

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2022 12 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Opaque black color. Frothy tan head settles to a creamy ring. Earthy, smoky roasted malt aroma. Flavor follows nose. Sweet roasted malt flavor upfront. Notes of chocolate, dark dried fruits and coffee. Some stickiness on the palate. Warming alcohol on the backend. Tasty.
