UPDATED: APR 15, 2019 This is ok...about what I expected I guess...maybe slightly above. A clear goldish/light amber appearance. Decent balance. Light malt with a clean mild hop finish. I was curious about this when the seasonal 12 packs came out, but not really one I'd return to over the SNPAs, etc.

12 oz bottle at home from notes. Pours a clear dark amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have pale toasted malts, earthy and floral hop character, mild biscuity notes, pretty basic APA.

Originally rated on 9/5/14.Wonderful aroma, plentiful and juicy hops, lots of fruits, citrus and some dank qualities to it and my favorite aspect of this beer. Rather dark body for a plae ale, brown tinged with a mid sized cap that had fair retention and lace. Flavor leaned towards the nutty malts with the hops not as prominent as the nose suggested. Overall a nice beer it reminded me of a hoppier yet weaker version of Fat Tire.Still good though.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, clear reddish pour with white head, aroma brought spice, grain, grass into a bit of pine, slight orange into some caramel, toffee notes as well. Taste was a mix of grass, bread, dough into some caramel, some toffee with a hint of red fruit, spice notes with a touch of citrus, finishing bitter.

This is a really good beer that comes through when you need it. This is a well balanced and fully developed beer.

This is an interesting pale ale. It pours an amber color with a nice beige colored head. The aroma is caramel and grass with the caramel being predominant. Taste is sweet and lightly bitter. Not a West coast pale ale. But a nice take on pale ale. This one is more like an amber for me.

Mahogany pour with a light tan head. Aroma is fruity hops. Nice balance of malt and fruity hops. A tasty good beer with great lacing.
