UPDATED: DEC 23, 2021 Not impressive and not so gassy as other beers of the style. Yet another IPA in this neverending parade of hoppy beers.

Bricks (1316) - Delaware, USA - MAR 2, 2020
UPDATED: MAR 2, 2020 Aroma of clean citrus hops.. smells like a good one. Average medium color.. but great foamy head. Tastes great.. some malt, bitter hops.. citrus, earthy.. very balanced hop profile. A little on the flat side, maybe not the fault of the beer. This is a great IPA.

brandon1989 (847) - Lewisville, Texas, USA - FEB 20, 2020
UPDATED: FEB 20, 2020 This beer pours a marmalade orange color that is very hazy and has a very thick off white fluffy head that retained and left lots of lacing around the glass. The aroma is pineapple, tropical fruits, bready malts, and hop oils. The flavor is similar to the aroma and the bitterness is quite low. The mouthfeel is on the medium to high side and the abv is hidden quite well.

jgb9348 (9218) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - FEB 12, 2020
UPDATED: FEB 12, 2020 Deep super hazy orange, copper and bronze coloured body with a thick, four to five centimetre tall off-white or tan head. Aroma of crisp fruits showing citrus, apples, oranges, light mangoes and even some passionfruit notes that are very fresh and incredibly alpha acid heavy. Medium-bodied; Strong malt and alcohol flavours at first that show some punch and body with a good deal of biscuity notes, but the fruit hits hard after that and some apples, apricots and especially the citrus shows through, but the fresh hops and alpha acids are by far the strongest with a ton of bitterness, just like a nice fresh West Coast IPA should have. Aftertaste is fresh, potent, slightly dry, but very fruity, with the mango and especially the grapefruit/citrus flavours showing through, in a good, clean way. Overall, a nice and super pungent IPA that has clean, fresh and aggressive flavours throughout that is relatively easy-to-drink, while still having a lot of bitterness! Great to have and a welcome offering to the New Belgium lineup...hopefully they keep this one around for a while. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from FoodLand in Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii on 01-January-2020 for US$10,49/six pack a few minutes after arriving on the island, sampled shortly thereafter in my hotel room in Kauai on 01-January-2020.
