UPDATED: JUN 25, 2020 Pours reddish black with a thin creme head. Aroma of coffee and chocolate. Taste has burnt coffee notes, residual mocha. Palate has continuation of the aforementioned. Good.

UPDATED: APR 28, 2019 Thick creamy light brown head stayed on a black still body. Berry, aniseed, lactose & malt aroma. Medium bodied, soft, oily & creamy on the tongue with a clean back. Demerara, roasted, chocolate, liquorice, bonfire toffee, malt & nutty tastes with a tangy, slightly citrus finish.

UPDATED: APR 23, 2019 12 oz bottle. Pours a red brown with a pencil thin fast dissipating tan head. Sweet scents of malt and chocolate. Sweet and malty with a fizzy mouthfeel and astringent finish. Doesn’t all work together as well as you would like.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2019 Bottle. Color: Black, beige head. Aroma: Sweetish roasted malt. Taste: Smooth, roasted malt, notes of coffee, mocha and light hints of chocolate. Creamy mouthfeel. Long lasting roasted malt finish with moderrate bittery palate. Medium sweet, light bitterness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nice oatmeal stout.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2018 Botella de 355 ml adquirida en Gastrópolis, Zaragoza. Color negro, espuma marrón clara que se disipa rápidamente, poca retención. Aromas a frutos secos, café y chocolate. Textura oleosa, densa. En boca, suave, demasiado. Notas a avellanas y nueces, café, cereal tostado y caramelo.

UPDATED: NOV 24, 2018 Bottle poured into a globe glass on 11/23/18. Black color and a fizzy brown head. Aroma of chocolate liquor, roasted malt, a hint of coffee. Initial taste is roasted malt, oats, and a hint of chocolate. Aftertaste continues that theme and is well-balanced. Carbonation is a little high with a smooth, medium-heavy body. Nicely done!
