UPDATED: JUL 3, 2021 Poured pale yellow in color, it was an ok Belgian but if it didn't say 'blood orange' on the can, I'd never have guessed it, can at brewery.

Hazy amber color with a white head. Wheat grain aroma. Probably 50:15:10 big change for stiles ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: APR 7, 2020 Draft sampled at GABF 2019 with Paul and Larry. Free complimentary can courtesy of Kimpton Monaco. Pours a clear orange body with big, frothy white head. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with strong spice and sweet sugary malt.

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2020 Pour is a cloudy orange with a large white head. Aroma is a wheat malt base with some orange in there. Flavor is a smooth and creamy wheat malt with some vanilla notes a just there blood orange. A beer that lets the base beer take the front seat and the adjuncts ride in the back. Pretty spot on for a wit and the blood orange added does not get in the way.

UPDATED: APR 18, 2019 12 oz. can. Pours a medium off white head, with moderate lacing over a yellow (SRM #) body.......nose is Blood orange with slight wheat tones.......taste is mildly sweet with Blood Orange, mild wheat, hints of bitterness.....mouth feel, medium light body, no alcohol. Meets the light style with drink-ability.

12 oz. can. Pours a medium, off white head, with minimal lacing, over a slightly hazy, yellow (SRM 3) body.......nose is heavy orange citrus tones, mild malts, slight acid, no hops......taste is light acid tones with minimal sourness, stronger blood orange with hints of sweetness, mild malts, no hops......mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, high carbonation. A light refreshing drinkable, low alcohol beer on warm days.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2018 Good easy drinking wit bier. Definitely get the blood orange, some sour wheat presence too.

Can. Blood orange citrus aroma with notes of wheat malt and spicy Belgian yeast. Pours cloudy golden colored with a thin white head that has little retention or lacing. Starts with wheat malt and spicy Belgian yeast flavors. Finishes smooth with blood orange citrus and acidity. Nice wit.

Smells of fermented fruit. Tastes like a blood orange mixed with a hefeweizen. Very carbonated like soda.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy pale yellow appearance with a white head and light lacing. Aroma of citrus zest, toasted grain, mild herbs and light yeast. Similar flavor, adding light sweetness and light bitterness. A little thin on the palate. Drinkable.
