UPDATED: AUG 30, 2021 Bottle @ camping. Hazy pale yellow w a large white head. Aroma medium malty (wheat) and yeasty (citrusy, spicy). Light sweet, spicy and bitter. Medium body, high carbonated.

En underlig hvedeøl, den smager lidt sødt og meget lidt humle. Jeg har alligevel en tør fornemmelse i munden efter en mundfuld. Den har meget frugt i smagen. En øl de selv anbefalder til at dampe muslinger i, og det er vel også det bedste man kan sige om øllen. Den kan gå alene men kan ikke i tanke om noget den vil være speciel god til.

It smells good of citrus and freshly harvested grain and a little yeast and hops. The taste is fresh and rich. Clear notes of coriander and orange blend with the typical taste of the wheat and finishes with a soft and slightly understated hop bitterness. It has neither German or Belgian feature, which I think most wheat beers have. This one is a good and sincere wheat beer.

500 ml bottle. This nicely refreshing wheat beer tastes too little, but is pleasantly sweet and well-balanced in general.

Bottle. Unclear orange colour with medium white head. Aroma and flavour of citrus, yeast, wheat and spice.

Pours cloudy yellow, small white head. Aroma has some wheat, and fresh citrus. Flavor is light wheat, notes of cirtus.

Light yellow colored with hazy appearance, little white head. Grassy and piney aroma with slight juniper and orange, fine hops here. Thin to medium bodied, carbonated palate. Flavor is similar with lemon dominating, pine and juniper slightly present, not so much than in flavor. Aftertaste has slight herbal-piney note still. Well, ok one.

(EBF 2008) Yellow color, white head. Malty spicy aroma with some wheat and some menthe. Wheat flavor, some spices.

Sampled at EBF08. Free sample. Golden with a medium, white head. A lot of menthe in the aroma. Light wheat-notes. Pretty fresh, but had been better of cold...
