Dark red amber pour with a thin off white head. Mostly malty brew, caramel, some fruit flavours.

Smells a little malty but not too potent. Some caramel, sweetness. Has a big oaky bitterness at the end with some decent staying power. A good ten seconds of aftertaste here. On tap at volos.

Cask @ Arrow and Loon Ottawa. Cloudy copper with a thin white lacey head. Plum and malt smell with some light hops. Think light body. Overripe fruit (plums), sweet dry caramel malt. Earthy. Drinkable but nothing special.

Smell’s kinda like a desert. Red,amber cloudy color with a nice big 2 finger head. Start’s off heavy with a hoppy bitterness(worst part of it imo)then for a few seconds taste sour b4 going into a creamy smooth tooffee caremal finish witch is the best part of it. I only know there gluteen free(witch was crap)and mabye there organic lager(had gluteen free this yr & mabye organic yrs ago)otherwise don’t really know this brewery and I’m in Niagara region. cheer’s.

Bottle as Nickel Brook Ale. Pours cloudy dark orange/red with thin tight head Aroma is sweet and malty. Cereal, toffee, maybe even treacle in there. In the mouth the taste is initially overwhelmed by the carbonation but then it settles down into a chewy sweet malty thing with dry bitter finish. Long finish too. Maybe a hint of DMS but its not distracting.

Deep amber pour with a tight creamy white head. The aroma is fairly malty with a little bit of soft fruity hoppiness. Estery and slightly earthy as well. A lot of fruity hops. It’s actually fairly nice actually.

Good sessionable British-styled beer with a bit of an american end to it. Nothing particularly remarkable about it, but it makes for a good unpretentious local brew.

not a very good taste at all. the beer was sweet with a very challenging flavour, I did not finish this one
