UPDATED: AUG 9, 2021 473 ml can. Pours pale clear golden color with a large white head. Citric aroma, subtle grassy notes, faint wheat, gooseberry bush. Flavor is also citric, some nice crisp tartness, yeast notes, wheat and gooseberries on the finish. Pretty good.

UPDATED: AUG 10, 2020 Liquide jaune clair pipi et grosse mousse. Nez sûr, pomme verte, citron. Bouche piquante, assez agressive comme ce style de bière mais les saveurs sont plaisantes avec surtout du citron, des épices du salé, en effet. Sympa.

UPDATED: FEB 10, 2020 Pale gold, bright, just a thin head. Lots of citra - allium and litterbox and all that stuff. Lots of tartness, mild hop bitterness., and it ends up being quite refreshing.

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2019 Can from the brewery. Pours a hazy grapefruit color. Head vanished in no time. Sour fruity aroma of honey melon, citrus, mango. Taste mirrors the aroma plus good saltiness. Super Sour, fruity and salty. Easy drinking. Refreshing. Any time again.

A real palate cleanser! A very tart and fruity gose. Lemon, lime, orange rind and spice. Sourness and acidity really grab the back of the jowls!

Appearance :
Top: light white cap.
Base: cloudy gold
Palate: thinner bodied.
Taste: tart, notes of pear, soft creamy top. Slightly mineral at finish.
